dokky.com - brandable .com You'll just need to find something to throw in there.

HowToCook.info - you'll need to get SEO high with this one but I think it is your best, and easiest, option.

HowToCook.info is the standout name for me, which you could develop into a food site with cooking tips and recipes for different cuisines.
