I have given up looking for the perfect WP theme for a geo site and have decided to open the wallet a little and see what a custom theme can get me.

If you are a WP design guru with a good style please hit me up.

I am looking for a design similar to:
nymag.com

Ignore the fact the above site is HUGE and have a tonne of content...I am just after a similar layout...just a little scaled down a touch and totally customizable.
