Your advice on developping

Hello,
i bought two domains gettlds.com and xtlds.com. The question is:
Which one is the best to develop and what kind of site ?

a Blog
a Directory
something else
or just Park them and wait for a buyer ?

Would be nice to have your opinions, and thank you for helping

you can use it for a consulting firm to help companies start new gTLDs. just a basic concept for the type of use. even tho im against new gTLDs im hoping a bad complex firm uses this name.

gettlds might be good for a domain blog for all different tlds and giving official registrar links maybe from a directory as part of the site...

I think both have potential as developed sites but would still need some help in branding.

xTLDs com could be used to infer "brand x" meaning un-mentioned, possibly a domain sales/brokerage and blog style site.

getTLDs com possibly an affiliate registrar site. And a strong likelihood of cross linking the two...one for info/sales and one for registering new names.

Properly done, any domain has potential as a site. Not every domain has great sales potential or parking potential.

A site will let you put up relevant content, links, and affiliates to monitize. Sharing links with similar themed sites will help in traffic.

I also have similar issues I am dealing with. Not so much in name selection but just the sheer number of domains I own and sites to be built. But it is fun. And sales are coming along on other names while I build some sites.
