Im promoting a product on adwords that is in regard to affiliate programs and making money online. However, they wont use any keywords unless my bid per click is atleast $13! $13 for 1 click is insane!!!!!!!!

a) These keywords are not relevant to the target page.
b) You are punished, so wait few weeks (this happen when you advertise like a glouton without taking care of ... to sumarize your previous ad campaigns had an horrible CTR).
