I don't like Commission Junction, Linkshare, AllPosters or Google.
Google's network sucks, and CJ is known to side with shady merchants over the affiliates.
Linkshare's fine, but it's a massive pain in the arse to get into any program with them... which is why most affiliates don't like them.
Also, a lot of the names in your list are individual merchants. Sure, they have an affiliate program, but unless people here are experienced (and they're not, otherwise they wouldn't be solely domainers, and would instead be in other places than here) going direct is not such a great idea.
It'd be better to stick with reputable networks.
