Are there affiliate programs which supply advertising links which are customized for individual domain names?
For example, the advertiser might supply advertising links related to travel in the People's Republic, and ceramic table ware for a domain like "china.com".
The links would be supplied as an XML feed, and could be edited, filtered, and customized in any way, before display.
I cannot deliver the 750,000 page views per month in order to use Google's Domain Park.

Most affiliate programs that offer datafeeds to not use XML. They just offer standard comma, tab or pipe delimited feeds you can import into a static site with a program like webmerge.
