For example if I have 10 domains that I would like to use CJ ads for and make commission do I need 10 different accounts or can I just add on to one all the domains I own.

We manage about 80 client sites with 8-10 CJ smartzones for each site. CJ has a very flexible and powerful ad management system, if you're willing to spend the time to optimize advertisers for your sites. Smartzones can be specific ads in rotation (with you selection the rotation frequency) for each ad.

Yes one account for all domains. This really helps because then affiliate manager reviewing your app can see if you have a site that is relevant to their program.
