DomainSponsor has no listed support number on their website. If you know of one please let me know. Usually companies that want to give support have phone numbers easily available. I followed the procedures for updating the name even contacted people within the company and got no responce. What else must one do?

    Re: DomainSponsor You Suck

I have lots of very similar problems. Been trying to sign up with them for a while, but after trying for several weeks I still haven't been able to get my first domain up and running. I did get an approval (after 10 days instead of the promised 2 days) but any other questions I asked them seems to go unanswered.
Doesn't look like they are interested in new csutomers.

    Re: DomainSponsor You Suck

I have been contacted by a representative of the company today. Hopefully anyone else who has problems can address them at this time so they can deal with any issues which have come up.
