... it says about how much they affiliate earns. It even mention something about one that won more than a million, and then top 100 earns average $25,000.00
The question here is, does anybody can cite any, at least one, of these affiliates ?

I have the suspect this is an ebay affiliate using the API at full so that the whole site seems independent. There are many things in the user interface that reminds me ebay, of course, I know that's just the look, but it could be a clue.
I think the site has a mix of local advertisment/classifieds plus ebays listings.
Does Ebay allow spyware companies into the program? If so, I'd think you would need that type of scale to pull those $s.
