note: Some of the google editors are like medical insurance company claims' officers. Deny 1st. If you reply, pleading your case, they will usually grant you an account if your site has any decent content at all.

It was few hours for me. I applied it in the night before going to sleep (Time Zone : +5.30GMT), when I got up in the morning, my site was approved
