    Cool looking to pay publishers based on performance

    I have an affiliate program and I'm looking to pay publishers based on performance. I want to setup a large campaign and have an ad company take care of everything for me, I don't want to find individual advertisers. I'm looking for a big network.

    Recommendations?

    I'm not targetting a specific industry (anything from file sharing, adult to mainstream webmaster related advertisers would all be acceptable.)

    I'd prefer something U.S. based, but that's not too important either.

    I'm really just looking for a really large network that has "everything" as far as advertisers. I realize that the adult industry is usually not bunched with mainstream stuff, so I would favor non-adult over adult if that helps anyones recommendations.
