    Luckylotto.com help me brainstorm please!

Thanks in advance for reading this:

I have owned Luckylotto.com for a few years now and have recently tried a new approach developing it as a content site with news and information portal. I have added tons of custom content and started the lengthy SEO process.

Now that my unique visitors and page views have spiked I am looking for ways to monetize the site. I have looked into the Mylotto.com program but have not tried adsense, YPN, adbrite or any of the other options (ebooks maybe)? I dont want to clutter the site with too much crap, but would like to start monetizing my efforts.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards,

    JD

Please don't take what I am going to ask abrasively, but with a name like LuckyLotto.com I think you would want to focus on more on gambling and the lotto's. I checked out the site and, it looks good. You've got some good ideas with the number generator. I'd try and add a system that sends astrology luck day alerts by email to reg users, then build from there. People will get news from a news site, maybe gambling news or more lotto news and stats reasearch. What kind of numbers does the site get?

Its close to impossible to monetize NA traffic in the gaming business with the lack of consistent non 7995 providers. So my focus was to try and do a mix of debt consolidation and credit card offers, since anyone stupid enough to consistently play the lottery will naturally have a higher tendency to have poor finances.

The list idea would be a good start, i would ideally like to have a robust list to fire out offers to.

First of all, what this says is that only stupid people will be coming to your website.

Then, it's a bit like a site promoting fast-food or fantastic cream cakes making money from diet ads. I must say I don't think that visitors would swallow that very comfortably.

Why not just make it a normal gambling site? At least that's honest. And I wouldn't bother with displaying the Gamblers' Anonymous number.
