New Amazon Program?

Came across this website: http://www.nightsofterror.com/shop.php which appears to be an Amazon shop. I've been an Amazon affiliate for a long while and haven't seen anything about this. Am I missisng something? I would like to put together a similar site so any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Check one of my sites done for a client.

All products are from Amazon - we use the api to generate the info.

The site is also fully seo and already in top page for some good keywords.

Very nice, thank you for the reply. Using your example of SDCards.com can you answer the following:
- What is the Adsense CTR?
- Are you still bound to the default Amazon 4% - 8% sliding earnings scale?
- What's the Amazon product CTR?
- How many of those Amazon product click throughs convert to sales?
- What would you charge for a similar sized project?

I wonder if I have been banned from using their API?

Amazon dumped all their North Carolina based associates because the state of NC demanded Amazon withhold state tax. Amazon basically said screw you and refused to do this. Instead, they dumped all NC bases associates.

Sucks because I love Amazon's product, widgets, and API.
