Affiliate programs, leads, etc. anything outside PPC, what is working best for you?

For me it's by far dating affiliate programs and tarot/horoscope lead programs. I have also just started getting into payday leads, and getting about $16 per lead - I plan to get into financial leads more.

I've just started trying out virtual world programs (pay per sign up) on a related site, still too early to know how that will do.

What doesn't do well for me, even with related traffic, is travel, hotels, casino, poker. I get lots of clicks on Expedia on a travel site, but rarely a purchase. Other sites to do with coffee, wine, shopping, very little clicks. Makes me think it's best to just stay with ad sense type ads on some sites.
