I am just curious why can't I park name with .co.il extension at sedo?! Answer looks so simple: not all ccTLDs can be parked at sedo - that I understand. But why can I park name with .il extension (so without .co)?? The problem is that second level .il cannot be registered in open registration (the same thing as with .uk i.e.); there are only .net.il, co.il, org.il and several others third level up for registrations. So why can I park a name with .il ext. but cannot park a name with .co.il ext. Any ideas?

I think you can send sedo a mail with your .co.il name and let them help you insert these names to your sell list.

Thanks guiwang. Anyway I don't prefer hand-made solutions. I know I can ask sedo for support. It is not a negative post about sedo as I appreciate their service much although it looks a little bit strange to include second level ext. which cannot be registered (in fact) and not to include third level official country ext. which is in common registration. Just a remark about some kind of curiosity in their system or there are other important reasons I am not aware.

Hello from Sedo,

The .net.il, co.il, org.il are just not in our system yet.
Therefore, the system probably recognizes them as sub domains.
I'll inform our tech team of the omission.
Until then, I'm afraid we can only accept .il

Thank you Nora. I hope it'll be possible to include a real extension into the database as second level .il is not for open registration (as .uk and others).
