Is this possible??, i mean, why somebody is selling a domain that is not registered?

yes . some domain registered and list at sedo, but not sold out until them expired , and the old register forgot or not want renew
Oh i see. Until now i've found more than 75 domains on sale that are not registered

well I had one name expire and received even an offer for that one I did not even bother to register it again since was a foreign extension hard to transfer.
