good question. I've had two domains in escrow for 3.5 weeks.

is there anybody alive in any of sedo teams. I receive automatic responses for over 2 weeks or out-of-office responses (nonsense modification saying that nobody is at home), no solutions of any problems, no possibility to park domain which is mine but parked by other person on Sedo. What's going on there?

so, are you saying there is something out of the ordinary going on?
I have a domain I paid for a looong time ago still sitting in their "about to be pushed to me" enom account...I think they are getting ready for traffic
I'm buying credit, banking, loan, insurance related generics in .com, .net, .org with high search volumes/traffic. Will consider typos too! - PLEASE PM with name, info, & asking price!
The "out of office" response letter I have been getting gives me the name and email of someone else to contact. I email them. They are out of the office. Seriously, this seems to have been the norm since around Thanksgiving.
Did you try outofoffice@sedo.com ?
sedo has enough people to respond to simple customer support issues. It depends on who you know, so then you can rock the boat by sending them personal complaint emails. I complained to CS after not receiving payment on a domain won in an auction after about four weeks... their reply was "buyer has not yet submitted payment". They finally did, I got paid, and bought a villa in the south of France.
Some of the sedo people involved in domain sales will be at the SEDO exhibitor booth at TRAFFRICK, so there could be at a slowdown in CS because of that conference. The conference is a good one. I was there last year at the Venetian. According to Howard Neu, it will be following their successful "formula" for domain conferences, pumping out three a year for the "invitation only" crowd. If you weren't invited, then your contribution to the evolution of the domain industry is suspect. For more info http://www.targetedtraffic.com/

does anyone have a working phone number for sedo? They've called me three times in the past week for small transactions, but when I try to call the number back I get a directory listing.
More sedo issues, more sedo matters. Absolutely fed up.

What ever happened to customer service?
What ever happened to someone on this forum starting a parking service?
What ever happened to the fun of domaining?
Waiting on the standard "Out of Office" formatted letter.
