"exiting.." on parking page of sedo

When I typed in
http://www.sedo.co.uk/showparking.ph...ain=xintuo.com
to try the parking page , only this word dispays "exiting..."
So strange,

It's the same with
http://www.sedo.co.uk/showparking.php4?domain=xf.com.cn
and other domains

A Sedo CS representative already responded to you personally regarding this.
The forwards you are using are incorrect.

Please use:
http://www.sedoparking.com/domain.com (where “domain.com” is replaced by your domain name)

As already explained to you - if such forwards are banned in your country of residence, as is the case here, I'm afraid that you cannot park the domain with Sedo.
