How to make more from an Adult domain?

I have a short adult name .com listed with sedo which received around 120 uniques (pure type-ins) a day (stable). The click through rate is around 30 to 35% (stable), but it only makes around 3 to 4 euro cents a click with a "Adult xxxx" related keyword. I feel like this domain could make much more than just pocket money.

Is there a way to squeeze more money from this domain through sedo or should I use another company? Not domainsponsor.com because the click through rate through them dropped to less than 5% when i parked the domain there for 2 weeks.

Alternatively... any idea what a catchy adult domain with this number of visitors could be worth?
