    Morals?

I'm quite sure that a counter offer made by someone on sedo was a typo. What would have happened if I accepted it, even though it was less by a factor of 10 than what they wanted for the site? Would I get the name by the plain fact that the offer is binding, or is this a grey area?

    Re: Morals?

    Hello from Sedo,

Offers are binding for seven days.
By accepting an offer and buying/selling a domain at Sedo you are entering into a legally binding contract.
We make sure that buyers and sellers are aware of this.
We, of course, encourage all parties to adhere to the contract.
However, if one party reneges on a sale/purchase, the other party, is entitled to pursue legal action.
In this case, we would be obliged to furnish your lawyer with the details of the other party.

    Kind Regards,

    Nora Cotter
