    Parking Revenue Amount PLUMMETING

Today, I checked my sedo account and my revenue amount has fallen around 10% from the other day.

By the time you get done reading this post, my domains will be moved to another company.

I used to get some high clicks on some domains, not anymore, the highest click I get now is half of what I used to get, my traffic increases every month, yet my total revenue keeps falling

    Re: Parking Revenue Amount PLUMMETING

Even though I unparked my domains, my total revenue fell around 16% in one week. I'm not talking about a difference in pay per click or income per week. I'm talking about the money my domains had earned being taken away.

Is there any reason, other than fraud, that this could happen?

    Your username amuses me

It's either: less traffic, lower CTR or lower RPC.

    Re: Parking Revenue Amount PLUMMETING

Sometimes parking providers recalculate stats and randomly update.
    Reasons include:
    removing non-US traffic/revenue
removing questionable clicks - click fraud or use of a paid click service
they could have over stated your revenue all along and are just adjusting appropriately before they send a payment.

I think most everyone's income has been very weak starting around Oct 1 with all the ppc providers.

Actually sedo has been on the forefront of dwindling PPC. My NameDrive account on the other hand is doing just fine.

sedo is dropping, but, adsense on my developed sites actually
    doing better in december.
Higher CTR and higher CPM in december.

So, ppc providers are taking more % off of parked domains at
    the yearend?

It's not unusual if the parking revenue drops around Christmas.

My parking income has been relatively stable. I have the majority of my portfolio parked at a partner company with an individual contract. My European traffic domains are at ND.

By the way, I removed all of my domains from sedo's database this Summer. Their parking system is terrible, in my opinion, and I don't need them for domain sales.

So, ND is best out there?
If so, come January, I am out of sedo moving into ND.
How long do you think it would take to move about 400 domains?

not long at all - unlike sedo , at ND you can set your keywords and don't need to be approved - also the layouts are much nicer and easier to select and change.

Today's revenue was disastrous. Again, the issue being the PPC. My traffic and clicks are steady. sedo simply pays less.

    Re: Parking Revenue Amount PLUMMETING

I think what we are seeing at sedo is their new system at work.

I agree, rev has fallen, but at the same time I am a bit anxious to see the first of the year.

New budgets will be coming out and I suspect a bigger payout during the first few months of the new year.

This is just a suspicion and a guess..but, I will leave all of my domains until the first of the year. I am hoping the EPC will be much higher due to new budgets being approved.

Keep in mind that the companies paying for advertising right now all have budgets and alot of them refuel right around the 1st of Jan.

We will wait and see...anything could happen.
