After the initial Offer Details Page launch in August, our members had several suggestions for how to improve the page. We reviewed the page performance and took their comments into consideration and are pleased to share the newly added features.
The Activity Index now includes a new image and data for up to a year of transactions, which will improve most members’ Activity Index level. Remember, the Activity Index is not a ranking system. Rather it’s a way for other members to gauge the seller’s sales activity in the past twelve months in sedo’s marketplace.
The link to analyze a domain’s search engine rankings was returned to the offer page within the Domain Statistics section and has been renamed to “Ranking Report.” (It had been removed while our partner UrlTrends was updating their offerings.) Clicking the link you can view the domain’s search engine ranking, Alexa ranking, and number of incoming links.
Additionally, due to customer requests and because the listing age doesn’t necessarily correlate with a domain’s value, the date a domain was added to a member’s account will no longer be listed on the offer page. By providing our members with clear, easily accessible information about a domain name and its seller on one page, we hope to make purchasing decisions even easier in the future.
Happy bidding/selling!
Monica

The new "Make offer" page layout is simply counter-productive. Overly cluttered by large images and the description can only be 1 paragraph - in small print.
The previous layout was much better: above the browser fold, the entire space allowed for the description and the offer form. Visitors simply don't need the extra click to view the rest of the description. It's important to have the entire description on that landing page or it's simply "gone" by visitor standards.
That change was one step back.
