    Sedo is giving me hard time..please advise!

    sedo is giving me hard time as they are not understanding that Yahoo will not transfer names to other users..How to complete the sale on sedo when the domain is registered at Yahoo? Please post experiences here..

    Transfer it out to another registrar where you can easily transfer it to the new owner.

    As far as I remember Yahoo is Melbourne IT Reseller, so if Yahoo provides you with the Registry Key, sedo will be able to transfer the domain name to their account. That technique used to work in the past, not sure how it works at the moment though.

    Unlock the domain and let the buyer do a request for transfer from their registrar of choice. Yahoo cannot hold your domain hostage. Remember, if you transfer it out then you cannot transfer again for 60 days.
