    One that may be more acceptable to sedo could be a note saying "this buyer has completed 3 out of 5 transactions" where the numbers reflect accordingly.

    Or some form of feedback / verified transactions ala ebay and paypal.

    the problem as I see it.
    Many new people may be attracted to sedo's parking pages, and then go ahead and try to buy the domain.
    sedo is not ebay, and can not function like this. Afternic is better for this.
    Sedo does have a point there.
    HOWever, they should try to at least get a certain credit card deposit for ANY transaction, at least a small amount to verify the seriousness of the buyer.
    Sedo, if you are listening, that can make a HUGE difference.
