Sedo Picture Problem-Can Anyone Help?

I am going to post the problem I have been having with changing pictures on sedo here, in the hopes that someone technically savvy knows what is going on and can help. I apologize for the length, but figure I would give all of the info about the problem I have. After about a month now, I beleive that sedo has given up, so hopefully someone here has a suggestion. I have been on Sedo for about 2 months now. For the first 2 weeks or so I could change the pictures fine, without any problems. Then all of a sudden, the pictures stopped saving. I click the picture icon and the new window opens up showing the picture options, and when I click on one of them and hit apply. The name of the picture changes to "undefined" in italics and the box next to the name gets checked, and everything appears normal. The problem is, when I click on the save changes button, the picture just reverts back to whatever it was on before, sometimes completely wrong, sometimes even unclassified. I am running Windows XP, with the new IE Explorer, with tabs. The people at Sedo suggested I try clearing my cache and history which did not work, and then trying mozilla, which also did not work. I even tried from a friends computer, but no luck. Has anyone ever seen this?

It's not just pictures. It is on keywords and optimization and languages as well. sedo knows about the difficulty. As always, it is being studied.

It is actually not just the keyword thing. I got that for a day or 2 a week ago and today and yesterday, but the I can change the keywords again, I have found that if you change the keywords and they don't change, then try refreshing the page/list and that works. The problem with the pictures is different and has been persistent for about a month now, without a break.

Does anyone have any ideas?? sedo refuses to reply to questions about this matter and all of the picture settings on all of my domains with them are still locked.

I apologize if you're having trouble setting photos/keywords. Please let me know if you continue to have trouble and I can make sure someone on our tech team looks into this.

As a reference, please see the information below on how to optimize your names:

In order to optimize your page with a more attractive layout and with relevant keywords, all you have to do is click the My Sedo tab then "Domain Parking". Then on that page, scroll down and on the far left under “Domain Parking” you will see "Optimizer." Click that, and you will see all the different ways that you can optimize your page including setting a master keyword for each domain. If you are choosing to incorporate photos, be advised that they will not work if you stay with the 'Classic' or 'Lite' settings. Instead, you will have to set your pages to Phoenix blue, Phoenix pink, retro green or the retro purple theme in order to incorporate a photo.

It'd be great if you found a relevant photo from our list to add to your page. Take a look at http://somebody.com, http://blue.com, http://www.freemusic.co.uk or http://success.co.uk to see some examples of these cool new page layouts with pictures. Unfortunately at this time, it is impossible to custom design the page with your own photos or html. However, I encourage you to play around with all the options available, and try them out to see what you prefer most for your parked domain page.
