sedo seems to have taken a downturn

i sold a domain name at sado after alot of neg back and fourth
after meeting at a price the other buyer backed out. sedo said they would give me the customer info and never sent it. I also ask sedo to let me know what they are going to do like ban them or what ever. no response.

then a dealt with a gasper on a sale of a domain name and the domain name was transfered out of my account and i let gasper know several times and
sent him copies of the transfer and until this date he has not responded
to my e-mail. I don't get it. they are not responding at all. I just accepted another bid and am selling but i feel like they have become a service to be aware of seems there good service has taken a turn for the worse.
I do not advise people to list there domain names with a company that
does not respond to there e-mail's or sit's on your money. I will contunue
to e-mail them to get the awswer's, You fellow domainer's should be aware of this.

When did you send an E-mail to Gasber? As far as you may know, sedo does not work on weekends and it could be the reason they have not responded yet.

Gasber is one of the best transfer agents and he has always been very helpful. I am sure the delay is caused because of the weekend.

As for the users who do not fullfil their obligation and proceed with the transactions, according to my knowledge, they are suspended from the system.
    I love domains.

looks like he emailed gasber@sedo.com, meaning the .com is the US based side. So he is on vaction. You will probably get a reply on Monday.
