Sold Domain still showing sedos info almost 1 year later

probably should give you a call but a domain I sold almost a year ago is still showing your info in all the fields:

The phone number listed on any your of your Billing Receipts ..provided you've had any transactions there

2. on the left panel click "Billing"
3. Open any of your "Billing Receipts" and their phone# and Fax # is listed...with mine its the US number

Hi Jim,

Thanks for pointing this out. I have contacted the buyer and asked him to update the contact information immediately.

It is quite common that once a domain is transferred from one account to another the contact details do not update automatically.

Occasionally the recipient will simply forget to make this update. We do ask the buyer to do this when we carry out the "push"
