Thumbs down what legal action can i take against SEDO ?

    here is the issue :

i tell a person that we use sedo for the transaction of a domain.

person buys and pays for the domain.

sedo informs me that the money is there and that i should push the domain .

i push the domain and inform sedo about it ( SEVERAL TIMES )

    no response !!!

( so i don't know if they just want to keep the domain or if it is not even in their account - nothing)

whats the next step that i can take as SEDO does not respond to my request to confirm that the domain is in their account. ( aside of telling my costumer that we should have used sedo !!!)

How long has it been since you first contacted them? They can be very slow, especially since they don't work on the weekends, which means that you can't even include those days. I would try to contact the sedo representative on this message board about it, she seems to be pretty good at replying. If you have SedoPro, obviously I would contact your Pro representative as well. I don't think you would be able to do anything legally until a certain amount of time has passed, but I don't have any idea how long.
