 Baseball Bust
Big story on the drug bust of players in the relased report in the media, of course..
How do you feel about it?
What about football geesh?
I don't follow as much baseball anymore, but I did alot as a kid. Memorized statistics of baseball cards etc.
To me the positive thing gotten out of all this is for the kids. Let the kids know that these people aren't superheroes all the time deemed by some in the public.
Have them them asking why drugs are shameful..
I used to play alot of basketball when I was young, one of the hurtful aspects of playing sports as a kid is when you reach the point where you can no longer play anymore (below college, pro).. I hope these kids realize today that there is more than playing sports and dreaming of being a pro..
