bidding history

Does anyone know of a way to check the bidding history of domains on snapnames, pool and the rest?

Either the end result (the final price it went for) or more detailed info such as number of bidders and the amounts they bid?

Or is this only possible to see if you were involved in the auction?

thx

anyone?

anyone know if this is possible to find out?

Re: bidding history

The history can only be viewed at Snapnames or Pool if you are one of the bidders.

If the auction was at Snapnames and it went for more than $ 2,000. (.com) or
$ 1,000. (.info, .org or .net), the sale will be posted at DNJ.

Most of the time Pool and Enom do not supply the information.
The information is usually supplied to DNJ by one of the major bidders.

Are you trying to create a statistical analysis?

Question Re: bidding history

Thanks for replying actnow,

Nope - I'm not trying to do the analysis.

Just so many times, now I have missed when a domain has expired or I've missed an auction and either just wondered about the name, or I've seen it for sale again.

Just gets me thinking how much the other person won it for, how much they are about to resell it on for.

Sometimes after I forget that a name is expiring I wonder if the person who now owns it got it through pool as the only backorderer for $60?

Would make me a little sick

But I'm still buying domains and trying to be wise about it.

There were a couple that were expiring last week and I was interested to see what they went for because they were graph.info and text.info

So obviously very nice generic words, but .info's
And I have no idea about the value of such .info's

What do you think names like these are worth to reseller / enduser?
