I just search Google for site:thewebsite.com and it will show all the indexed pages.
There could be an easier and bulk way of doing it, but I don't know.

I came across a piece of software called optilink. Have not used it yet- only saw a tutorial. Able to looks up hundreds of individual links at a time along with all other stats. I believe it offers a free trial as well.
