Godaddy regged my domain???

i placed a godaddy backorder that expires this month
they then regged it until 2007
so i have to wai tthat long before it goes to tdnam?

When you place a godaddy backorder, they try and register it. If they do they put it on tdnam, if no one buys it on tdnam for a certain time (not sure how long), they will give it to you. They will probably put it on tdnam shortly after they register it.

That is not quite how it works.... Your back order will be used to make the first opening bid at TDNAM. Their email said that the $18.95 would be used to make the opening bid of $10.00 and if you win, the $8.95 would go to the registration fee. Unlike before when you got the domain for the backorder fee. Got to love the way the registrars as screwing over the little guy. At least they are not as blatant about it as Enom.
