Pending delete domain + expiration in future?

I am a bit confused with this one domain e-vi.org
I would like to catch it. As I understand, it become available after around 5 days from the point when domain enter "Pending Delete" state (5 days from last update usually).
However for this domain

It will be released on 30 Jan. You cannot always rely on the last updated timestamp. This one could be an early release because of non-compliant registration like invalid whois etc.

By invalid whois you mean invalid value for Last update field and Expiration in future?
