When do PreRelease names become Pendng Delete names at NameJet?

I've been trying to figure out the exact relationship between NameJet PreRelease names and Pending Delete names.

Is it safe to say that, any NameJet PreRelease name that was neither renewed by the original owner, nor back-ordered while it was in PreRelease status, will eventually become Pending Delete?

Also, how long does it take for one of these domains to go from the PreRelease list to the Pending Delete list?

That's it. But sometimes the registrar decides to keep the domain either before or after submitting it to prerelease.
Register.com seems to be doing that sometimes.
