Remember, bidding in the last 10 minutes extends the bidding, for 10 more minutes.
If the last bid is at 3:34, you will be able to bid until the END of 3:43, but anything after this is not allowed. This bidding closes at 3:38 if no more bids. You can bid until 3:38 (not 9) if no more bids.
EDIT: 10 more min continues until no bids are within 10 min range.
