I'm willing to offer 10-15% commission depending on how soon you can turn a sale.

You'll need to offer 25% to get anyone that's any good motivated. Or establish your minimum and negotiate an even bigger vig on top of that returned to you as net.

This is a fee based service but you get your money's worth because I research, screen and cold call qualified end users with your domain for sale.
