Buying entire who-is databases.

I am interested in purchasing any of the top 5 ICANN accredited registrars whois databases. I am particularly interested in Godaddies but will consider the others also. Complete DB would be preferred but I would consider purchasing partials also.

For $10,000/yr, GoDaddy has to sell a year's access to it (assuming you follow the related ICANN rules, i.e. no spamming).

Anyone else selling it would likely be a thief.

LIke George said, ICANN mandates this information be available, but for a fee not to exceed $10,000. . . . I think they all charge the $10,000.
