I'm looking to buy a VBulletin Owned License, but would like to get it cheaper than buying directly from VBulletin. Please PM me if you know any resellers or have one you'd like to sell.

So you'd have to pay $60 for support for it to be transferrable. I could pay that in addition to whatever you'd want for the actual license, we could try that.
