Contract Graphic Design

I have never used the contract services of a graphic designer, so I would like to get a ballpark estimate of what it would cost to make a banner for a Filipina Lesbian Forum(LezPinay.com). Would either need something like a panaramic picture of Filipina Lesbian Couple( Butch & Femme) in loving embrace on a Philippine beach at sunset, or some sort of stylized art that would appeal to you average Filipina lesbian (what that would be I'm not so sure), and I'm certainly open to suggestions.

Obviously this is a probably only good for someone living in the Philippines, or who grew up there. So if you're a Pinoy or Pinay Graphic designer please PM.

So I don't think I'm likely to find the sort of graphic designer I'm looking for here.
