Any Opinions on HostingZoom

Looking at some hosting companies and a friend recommended these guys. Anyone with any experiences with them?

Update on this company. Features are fine, but customer support and staff is terrible. I wanted to make to change a new plan 2 days after i made full month payment. They wouldn't even consider a credit to the new plan. Another case of looking good on paper but management is horrible.

I'd recommend to stay away. People saying they have a lot to be desired have a good reason for saying that.
