Well according to their SiteUptime report (assumed to be provided by siteuptime.com), their worst uptime server is 99.326% in the year 2005.Once every day my sites are down. I cannot access right now.
Their uptime guarantee is 99%. So they are delivering what they promise, which is a good practice especially these days!
99% uptime means a threshold of 87 hours downtime a year.
