I use them. For the price, I think they are excellent.

The few tech issues that have come up have been resolved quickly and professionally. I am happy to recommend them.

Well according to their SiteUptime report (assumed to be provided by siteuptime.com), their worst uptime server is 99.326% in the year 2005.

Their uptime guarantee is 99%. So they are delivering what they promise, which is a good practice especially these days!

99% uptime means a threshold of 87 hours downtime a year.
