dns failover

Anyone know if any registrars offers dns failover? I'm currently using a third party for my more critical websites due to the ability of the service to automatically point my names to another ip address if the primary server goes offline. A lot of registrars have dns servers included with their service, but wondering if anyone knows if any of them offer any failover/ monitoring service included?

Thanks!

Nameservers kick in, in order of entry. Just add more (valid) nameservers.

Thanks, but not really what I'm after. The secondary, tertiary, etc nameservers kick in if the first dns server is down. I'm looking for the dns server to change the ip address of the website/domain if it detects the site is down. Essentially a round robin system, except that rather than load balancing, only point to the secondary, etc when the primary webserver is in a state of failure.

Take a look here: http://www.dnsmadeeasy.com/s0306/prod/dnsfosm.html
