Enom bites the big one

Enom hosting sucks: did I not get the memo? I've been emailing support since all last week. I keep getting 2 line answers to 9 point requests for instructions and inquiries into services that do not execute.

I have a funny feeling the person writing the emails has never even used the interface. is this possible? I have actually emailed screenshots of where he says to do things to prove you can't do them.

Any better hosting packages out there for multidomain development?

Re: Enom bites the big one

Never used their hosting... I did setup an account to test it once but then cancelled it cause there was no need for it at all with the dedicated machines we have.

How much you want to spend on hosting?.. dedicated or virtual?... i can give you some suggestions

Re: Enom bites the big one

Reasonable. I have a lot of domains that need devlopment, they may never get much traffic. This quasi-reseller account is ridiculous. You can;t do anything. They keep avoiding my questions and "reccomennd" I push my domains there or they can;t explain how the system will work.
