Good host w/ good packages and affordable prices?

I just bought my first domains yesterday, and now I'd like to get my own host so I can at least put a splash page and keep my registrar from eating off links that I'm not seeing a penny from.

Now, I have 3 domains, but I'm only using one, with plans to just re-direct the other two to the .com

But I don't know any real hosting sites or what to look for, at that. I just want a home page and everything else will be my forums for now. so what are some good, reliable hosting websites? ... if I plan to host forums (a VBulletin) intended to be BIG, like this one, what good plans/packages are there to look for? ... and I don't necessarily have a set budget, but after the first questions, what's can I expect to pay after a year.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Good host w/ good packages and affordable prices?

Try Hostgator .com
Hostingzoom .com
Resellerzoom .com

and WHT (google it) and then from there the doors fly open.

Do your research & read the FAQ pages at those sites

if it get BIG you will need a dedicated server, but for now VPS should be fine.
good luck!
