Know any 500 GB-plus hosters with web-based editing?

Does anyone know of any companies that have paid hosting plans over 500 Gb/mo WITH a web-based file manager and page creation/editing feature (might be called "Webshell")? By the latter I mean so that I can access and manage my site from any Internet connected computer, similar to what a lot of low-end GB sites offer.

ixwebhosting.com has a 500 Gb plan, $3.95 a month (two years in advance, but refundable), and a web-based access features (File Manager and Webshell).

My proposed site would be more of a high-traffic news site and no commerce. Before I sign up at 500Gb, anyone ever seen 750 or 1,000 GB, etc., with web-based accessibility?
