I'm such a cheap bugger I hadn't signed up for server management from anyone. Until today that is. I received report of a security issue that needed to be fixed ASAP.
I signed up, gave all my info, added 3 tickets within 30 minutes and within 5 minutes of two of the tickets the issues were already fixed including the security issue. The last issue is installing some software and checking server performance, firewall, hardening etc so I expect that to take longer than 10 minutes

The price is just $29 per month but if they can save me the time of logging into the server and fumbling my way around and reading webpages to find out where files I need to edit are, so much the better.
