Suggestions for paid hosting...other then 1and1

Right now I am using 1and1.com for most of my hosting and I have to say it is excruciating at best. The control panel is slow as anything I've seen and there support is next to none. Either you wait on the phone for like 2 hours or you get an email back a week later.

I'm willing to pay for a good host that I can use for a long time. I will either be moving my domains to them or bringing up new sites.

any suggestions would be great...

well i am using assuredhost.com and all of my sites are hosted with them. They are good, fast and secured servers. The best thing i like is less amount of accounts per server. You can try them . btw catch "assuredhost" here for more . I know he is here.

Try >> Dreamhost. they use a custom control panel, which in truth can be pretty damn slow at times, but they are planning on reworking it to use Ajax.

They truly do listen to their members and enhance or implement better features. In the 2-3 months Ive been with them they've updated their systems with killer improvements about 6 times.

The advantages far outweigh the 1 or 2 disadvantages.

They have packages matched by none with insanely cheap prices.

Cheers

I like CPanel with RVSkin most. It gives a really professional look, and is fairly enduser-friendly too.

Well, now I use bitstreamhosting.com but I plan to move to another one, maybe Hostgator.
