Banner and logo needed

I am looking for a banner and a logo for a website.

The banner needs to be in these dimensions 728x90.

My budget is up to $100. I am looking for something very professional as the banner will be advertised on a very large company website.

That being said. The banner needs to be made from flash and have a loop of approx 15 seconds or so.

Please PM or Post if you're able to do this for me and cost. I will give more details to the designer that takes on the project.
