Do you like my last logo?

Hi,

I'm trying to set up an Italian search engine and have just started with the logo design.

I would like to receive any suggestion. I designed 3 logos. Which one do you prefer? or do you think I should change it? Any comment?

Thank you in advance for your prompt reply.

Thanks
Irongloves

Re: Do you like my last logo?

Great logos but to be honest gringo sounds a bit more spanish to me than italian.....but then I am english and NEVER bothered to learn any languages heheheh.

After that said I think Logo 2/3 is the stronger.

Re: Do you like my last logo?

Actually, 'Gringo' = portuguese for 'Foreigner'. So the name is (indeed) very out of place for an Italian search engine.
The logo is quite nice; it could do with some tweaking, but definitely 2 + 3 are better than #1.

Best of luck!

Is something wrong...because I don't see a difference in the second and third one

Re: Do you like my last logo?

for more information on the word "gringo" go here: http://www.wordorigins.org/wordorg.htm

2nd and 3rd logo which appear to be the same are the best imo

Re: Do you like my last logo?

Hi thanks to all.

Between logo #2 and logo #3 there's a difference with the green color (a bit darker for the #2).

After all do you like the design or would you totally change it? Any idea?

Thanks guys

Re: Do you like my last logo?

I think #3 is best. I didn't notice the difference in the green color until you pointed it out. I did however immediately notice that the black outline of the little guy is darker and stronger in #2, which I think draws the eye away from the the whole logo and the word Gringo. You might want to try one with the darker shade of green like in #2 with a guy with a lighter outline like in #3. Looks good though.

Re: Do you like my last logo?

I agree; #3 looks better although there is not much difference between #3 and #2. I also agree that it sounds spanish rather than italian.

Try a green stroke outline on the .it

Re: Do you like my last logo?

i think the second and third are the best, but think the ".it" bit should possibly be in red... Just a thought.
