For bulk fonts. www.bluesfear.com/downloads has a 2.2k font pack! Its great. I use it for my designs.

I am working on a font site with a very large collection of over 13,000 fonts available in a one zip download. It should be up in about a month or two. I will update you when it's up. The site is www.Fonts247.com you can go to it now but it's not completely up yet. There are some links there to other font sites to hold you over until Fonts 24/7 is up.
